- A very useful set of databases including EBSCOhost, Novelist, Searchasaurus, and Auto Repair Reference Centre.
Outlook Online
- Search British Columbia's Union Catalogue of vast resources available from Public, College, and Institution Library catalogues. Or request an interlibrary loan.
Other Databases
- A collection of other databases including encylopedias and legal services.
CAP Survey
- This survey has been put out by the PCNA CAP project, which helps fund the Creston Public Library.

As part of our library's computer access we are offering:

The computer lab is available for use during all hours of service:

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
Wednesday and Friday 10 am - 8 pm

Use of all the computers is free, however, a slight charge of 10¢ per page is levied for printing.

Computer Instruction

Creston Public Library does enforce the Acceptable Use Policy

We have a large selection of interactive learning software, and games for kids and adults alike! CD-ROM use can be booked in 60 minute intervals. Word processing is also available in conjunction with the Internet in 30 minute intervals.

Free instruction in the use of the Internet and e-mail is offered by appointment. You'll be introduced to search engines, directories, entering an address, links and more!

You'll learn how and where to get a free e-mail address, how to access your account, how to send, forward, and reply to emails and how to set up an address book and folders.
