- A very useful set of databases including EBSCOhost, Novelist, Searchasaurus, and Auto Repair Reference Centre.
Outlook Online
- Search British Columbia's Union Catalogue of vast resources available from Public, College, and Institution Library catalogues. Or request an interlibrary loan.
Other Databases
- A collection of other databases including encylopedias and legal services.
CAP Survey
- This survey has been put out by the PCNA CAP project, which helps fund the Creston Public Library.

Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Creston Library are an essential part to library operations and most of the reason the Creston library is such a large part of our community. The Friends maintain the Book Sale room in the library and conduct fund-raising activities throughout the year. The Garden Party and book sale in April is one of the main fundraisers.

The Friends of the Cinema work through the Friends of the Library and are another key fund raising unit for the library.

We welcome and encourage new members to join the meetings held the first Wednesday of every month in the library meeting room. The meetings are mercifully short, fun and the Friends seem to get their pictures in the paper a lot. There is also a high demand for baking!"
