The Scratch program is for kids aged 7-12 to learn how to code – that is, make computer programs – using Scratch, an MIT-developed coding language that uses colour-coded blocks to create scripts.
The Coding with Scratch program here has two groups running at the same time – a Thursday group and a Friday group, with a maximum of 6 kids in each (due to equipment limitations – if you can provide your own computer, you’re welcome to attend past that). The Spring program will run for 8 weeks, starting on April 5/6. There has also been a Fall program and a Winter program in 2017/2018 previously.

NOTE: Friday, May 4th’s session is on Tuesday, May 1st, due to a scheduling issue.
