Time to get our hands dirty learning about fermentation!

A lovely workshop being hosted at our Creston Public Library on Wednesday, September 19th. Learn to make sauerkraut and brined pickles using natural fermentation techniques. You’ve always wanted to but needed a hand taking the dive, we’re here for you.

This hands on event has 24 spaces, please pre-register at 250-428-4141, the cost is $5 and there is a list of items to bring.
