Currently on hiatus, we look forward to resuming adult programming when we are able.

The Creston Public Library is pleased to introduce its Living Books – Ever judge a book by its cover? Get the real story – checkout a living book.
Living “books” are real people, your friends and neighbours, volunteering to share aspects of their own “story”. Through living books the library seeks to encourage the sharing of knowledge and passion between people. The library hosts a get-together where a member of your community shares their personal experiences. Last year we focused on the topic of travel as tourist guides are a very popular genre at the library. We saw travel guides come to life and we were drawn in with stories and images!
All are welcome. Admission is free. No need to preregister. For more information on the Living Book speaker series, including how to become a living book yourself, please contact Cassandra at 250.428.4141 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
