  1. Do you have to book a spot? Do we bring our own phone and computer? How long will this be offered since I work shift work and is hard to come every Saturday? Are we able to book one to one time with somebody during the week?

    1. Hi Shannon,

      Our User Friendly program has now wrapped up, as of June 22, as our tech support person has moved on from the library. If you’re having issues with your device, however, you can drop into the library during our opening hours during the week or on Saturday, where our staff will assist you. No need to book an appointment.
