Teen Advisory Group
Teens 13-18. All are Welcome!

We want you to help us direct our library resources for teens!

Come join a group of teens that will:
• help create fun events
• have leadership opportunities
• give input on book selection
• help us better design the teen space to serve your needs!

This is a fun way to build skills and socialize. Being part of the Teen Advisory Group also looks great on your resume and for college applications.

Teen Maker Space

Crafts! Bring your own crafting projects or we will have drawing/painting/felting supplies available to create. In October we will be making LED Lanterns!

Teen Film Animation Workshop
Tuesday October 24, 2017, 3:30-5pm, Library Meeting Room

This month we have a special workshop for our digital art series!

Richard Reeves will teach participants how to create their own films on 16mm film. The films will be spliced together and projected at the end of the workshop. For more information see the links in our events calendar.

Code the Web
Tuesday October 10, 2017, 3:30-5pm, Library Meeting Room

Web design and coding using Mozilla’s thimble tool. No coding experience required. This is really helpful if you want some introduction to computer programing and for editing webpages. Also welcome to coders who want to bring projects that they are working on!

Teen Book Club

Come talk about the things you love and hate about today’s best YA books with other teens! This first month we will be collecting a list of books that you want to read. So come and tell us what is one your mind!
