Ukulele Winters Music Program for Kids

What is this?
Introducing Ryckman Piano’s “Ukulele Winters” group classes for kids! These groups will focus on ukulele, keyboard, rhythm, some music theory, and – of course – musical games!

This program is meant to be a brief, 5-week introduction to music, and our goal is to have fun while we learn. There is the opportunity for kids to earn prizes during the program, and they will have the chance to perform at the Creston Valley Music Teachers’ Association’s annual Valentines-Themed “Cookie Concert”!

So, what are the details?
Classes are 60-minutes long, and will be on Fridays: ages 4-6 from 1-2pm, and ages 7-9 from 2-3pm.
Groups are for ages 4-6, and 7-9, with the space for a 10-12 age group if there is interest
Group sizes are a minimum of 4, up to 8
Costs are:
– $35/lesson x 5 weeks = $175 for the whole program (excluding additional costs)
– $15-20 (cost dependent on the bulk order Ryckman Piano can make) for a lesson book
– Varied costs if you need a ukulele, a tuner, or ukulele strings
